The Alpaca Mentor page is for farms who have bought alpacas and have no mentorship to help them with setup, herd health and general knowledge of raising Alpacas. Mentor program involves the following. Call or email for more info.
1. Herd evaluation and inspection.
2. Onsite consultation on ranch setup, tips and improvements for a better experience
3. Up to 3 fecal tests for suspected sick alpacas.
4. On hand herd health training at Spross Hollow Alpacas for education and herd health practices.
5. You will be provided a herd heath schedule for health requirements for the year.
6. A list of necessary and on hand medicines and how they work.
7. Lots and lots of Q&A
8. The cost of this program would go as credit towards any alpaca purchases at Spross Hollow Alpacas if you chose to purchase.
When you purchase from Spross Hollow your mentorship is free for the life of the animals you purchase.
